We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Orders and Payment

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may be subject to change without notice.

Intellectual Property

Refund Policy

Original Artwork (Cardboard Art, Paper Pulp Art)

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my original handmade artwork, I do not accept returns or exchanges on these pieces.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your original artwork arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please contact me at lisakettyj@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

I will review your case promptly and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at my discretion.

Posters (Print-on-Demand)

Returns and Exchanges

I currently do not offer returns and exchanges on posters. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact me at lisakettyj@gmail.com

Refunds

Refunds are only provided to customers who receive incorrect or damaged posters.

If this applies to you, please contact me at lisakettyj@gmail.com within 7 days with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and I will address the issue promptly.

Can I exchange a poster for a different size?

Unfortunately, I do not offer exchanges at this time. To determine the best size, please refer to the sizing information available in the product description section for each poster.

Mislabeled Items

In rare cases, an item you ordered may be mislabeled. If this occurs, please contact me at lisakettyj@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I will send you a replacement or issue a refund.

All refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

Shipping Origin: All original artwork (cardboard art, paper pulp art) ships from Holte, Denmark

Delivery Times: Once your order is processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Denmark: 1-3 business days
  • Europe: 3-7 business days
  • USA: 7-14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Shipping for Posters (Print-on-Demand)

Processing Time: 3-7 business days

Shipping Origin: Posters are fulfilled by Printful and ship from the facility best positioned for efficient delivery to your location.

  • Europe: 6-8 business days
  • Australia: 2-14 business days
  • Japan: 4-8 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Tracking Your Order

Customs and Import Duties

Delivery Issues

  3. Check with neighbors (the courier may have left it with them)
