These terms are the agreement between you and me when you buy from lisaketty.com. By placing an order you accept them.

Nothing here limits the rights you have under Danish and EU consumer law.

What I Sell

Original artwork - one-of-a-kind handmade cardboard reliefs and paper pulp pieces. I make them, pack them and send them myself from Denmark.
Art prints - giclée prints of my original works, made to order by my print partner and shipped from the facility closest to you.

Orders and Payment

Your order is binding when you place it and the payment goes through. You get an order confirmation by email straight away. If a piece turns out to be unavailable, I cancel the order and refund you in full.

Prices are set in Danish kroner. I am not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added - the price you see is the price you pay. If you shop from another country the shop converts to your own currency, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices can change, but never after you have ordered.

In short: EU/EEA customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all artwork and prints, and damaged, wrong or defective items are covered worldwide.

Handmade Work

Every original is made by hand, so no two are identical and the piece you receive can differ slightly from the photograph in colour and surface. Paper pulp and cardboard are natural materials that react to light and humidity, and small changes over time are part of the material rather than a fault.

Copyright

I hold the copyright to all artwork, photographs and text on this site. Buying a piece gives you the physical work, not the right to reproduce it. You may not copy, reprint or sell reproductions of my work, or use my images commercially, without my written permission.

Liability

I am liable for the artwork I sell you under Danish law. Beyond that I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
