When will I receive my order?
Original artwork. I pack and send your piece myself within 3 business days. After that: Denmark 1-3 business days, Europe 3-7, USA 7-14, rest of the world 10-20.
Art prints. Every print is made to order by my print partner. Printing usually takes 2-5 business days, sometimes up to a week or more in busy periods. After that: Europe 6-8 business days, USA 3-4, rest of the world 10-20.
If you order an original and a print together, they arrive as two separate parcels.
What does shipping cost?
On original artwork the price follows the weight of the piece: from 49 DKK in Denmark, from 149 DKK (about 20 EUR) in the EU. Prints ship separately from about 40 DKK. The exact amount is shown at checkout in your own currency. The full table is on the Shipping & Returns page.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you live in the EU or EEA you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, without giving a reason. This covers both original artwork and prints. You pay the return shipping unless the item is damaged, wrong, or defective.
If you live outside the EU/EEA I still accept returns of unused items in original condition within 14 days.
I do not offer exchanges - return the item for a refund and place a new order. The full procedure is in the Refund Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email me at lisakettyj@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, your order number, and a short description. I arrange a replacement or a full refund, and I cover the return costs.
What if my order is missing or lost?
- Check your shipping confirmation for address errors.
- Ask your local post office whether they are holding the parcel.
- Check with your neighbours - the courier may have left it with them.
If it is still missing, email me with your order number and I will sort it out.
What are the works made of?
Original artwork. I work with surplus materials of good quality: offcuts of fine art paper, which I pulp by hand, and machine-made cardboard, which I cut down into its layers. The cardboard pieces are finished with linoleum paint and Faber-Castell pencils. Every original is one of a kind and signed.
Art prints. Giclée prints on thick archival, acid-free matte paper.
How do I look after my artwork?
Paper pulp and cardboard are natural materials and react to light and moisture:
- Hang the piece out of direct sunlight.
- Keep it in a dry room - not a bathroom or a damp basement.
- Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- Handle it with clean, dry hands.
Prints last longest framed behind glass or acrylic, away from direct sun.
What payment methods do you accept?
VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. If a payment fails it is usually the bank - try another method, or contact them.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Outside the EU you may have to pay customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These are not included in your order total and are set by your own country.
Can I order a custom piece?
Yes, I take commissions. Email me at lisakettyj@gmail.com with the type of work you have in mind (cardboard or paper pulp), the size, the subject, your budget and your timeline, and I will come back to you with a proposal.
Note that a piece made to your specification is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, as EU consumer law allows.
